I COULD say that this does a bit of volume effect, but the cons so outweigh using this shampoo (and conditioner) for beautifying hair. I love Kerastase products and have been using them for years. As I have been getting older and my hair looks a little thinner, I though I would try this line. It is so drying to my hair and makes my hair look rough and frizzy. No amount of product can counteract this. The volumizing spray was the first to hit the garbage. I tried several more times with the shampoo & conditioner but to no avail. They too will hit the garbage can tonight. What a waste of money! I will go back to my usual Kerastase rotation that keeps my hair looking in top shape. This won't be part of it.

Cons: very drying. does not smooth hair. do not use if you have any damage to hair-it will make it worse.

Great Product!

For a fine and lacking volume shampoo, it actually does not weigh the hair down nor dry it completely out! Love it!!!!
