Heavy and sticky
I've used this shampoo on numerous occasions, and every time without fail it leaves a heavy, sticky residue in my hair. At first I thought maybe it was because I hadn't washed the shampoo out all the way, but after many attempts to make sure that I rinsed my hair thoroughly and followed the directions exactly, I've concluded that it is this product alone that weighs down my hair and causes it to feel sticky, tangle and dirty. In addition, the packaging is terrible for the shower as it's impossible to dispense from the pump with one hand. I could live with the packaging if the product were great, but this is the worst shampoo.

Cons: Heavy, sticky residue. Terrible package.

Chroma Sensitive
I've used this product since it was first released and absolutely love it, I consistently receive compliments on my color and the overall health of my hair. The salon I go to is an Aveda salon and I love Aveda color. The products I use for maintaining color and taking care of my hair are all Kerastase!
Pros: Easy to use; hair feels healthy and full; color looks fresh longer
Cons: My hair is think and I feel that I have to use more than what is described in the directions

Watch out for hair loss

I would not recommend this product to anyone. My colorist suggested using it for the first five shampoos after coloring. For the first 1 - 2 shampoos, my hair looked great: shiny, healthy. Then, my hair started falling out in droves and my scalp burned and itched. Now, weeks later, my head remains irritated and the hair loss has not stopped. If I could rate this minus stars, I would.
Pros: My hair looked good for the first 2 shampoos.
Cons: Severe hair loss.

excellent product
cleanses superbly, eliminates frizz, hair is manageable and does not weigh hair down at all, locks in hair color and I love that it's a one-step product, no conditioner is needed with this particular shampoo.
