WHY DID YOU CHANGE THE FORMULATION OF THIS ONCE WONDERFUL AND AMAZING PRODUCT?? NOT ONLY DOES IT SMELL AWFUL, IT FEELS SLIMY EVEN AFTER IT IS RINSED OUT. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA!!!!!

Cons: the fragrance, the texture, the entire formulation is just WRONG

Very disappointed in the formula change!

I am extremely disappointed with the new formula. The new formula makes my hair more like straw and I now have more static in my hair. If it's not broke why try to change it!!! Plus the smell is awful. I don't understand why companies feel the need to alter good products. I may be soon looking for a new product. I was a very loyal customer but I think you may have lost my business!

Cons: Not as good as the previous formula

New Formula-Awful

Used to love this product, but the new formula is awful. My hair feels like straw. You have to use a lot of the product and it actually feels like it is drying out the hair instead of hydrating it. Not sure why they changed it-I guess this goes with the old saying: If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Sorry Kerastase, you have lost a customer with this new formula. My colorist introduced me to Ciment Anti-Usure many years ago and I was hooked and became a loyal customer from the start. My last order came as the new formula and I can't say anything good about it. My hair is not as smooth as it was with the original. A little used to go a long way with this which was great, but the new formula barely coats my hair like the old one. I seem to need to use three times as much with this new formula. My hair becomes oilier and 'sticky' with this new formula. I miss the old one desperately. Unless you go back to old formula, I will need to find a new favorite.

Pros: None for new formula

Cons: Many, but biggest is that it does not smooth my hair like the old formula did

Don't like the new formula

I am so disapointed that they have changed the formulas. The conditioner feels gritty and leaves my hair feeling unclean. I don't get the smooth surface after drying either. Unless they offer the old, I'm gonna have to find a new line.
