“I have been taking these faithfully for 5 months and my hair is healthier that it has been for many years. The shaft even feels more substantial. I have never had any body to my hair it always required an effort to look nice...well, I can now look presentable without blow drying my hair. Mind you it looks fabulous when blown, but, I can get away without. I have never been able to wash and go.
