“II am African-American with relaxed hair, and this is an excellent masque to combat my dry, frizzy hair. It leaves my hair so soft, that after I blow-dry it (I use the Elixir Ultime serum before blow drying), I only need to use a curling iron. Before, I needed to use several products plus a flatiron to smooth my hair - not anymore! Along with the Bain 2 shampoo, I have found a terrific system for my hair. I highly recommend Kerastase products.”

the single best hair masque I've ever used
“And I've tried so many! I should also mention that Kerastase is one of the only brands that actually does everything it claims to do and truly lives up to it's miracle status. My tortured hair, which has every problem under the sun except for maybe scalp issues, was visibly improved, even transformed to some extent after just one use. I've tried the version for fine hair and it didn't knock my socks off. While I do have fine hair, I have a lot of it so its really the last 5 inches (the most heavily damaged parts-bleached and permed) that are thin because of breakage. Anyways, what I'm trying to say is that even though this is for thick hair it actually gave me plenty of body, not to mention the incredible softness, strength, silkiness, and shine. But here's what really blew me away about this. I always have to straighten my hair for it to not look like cotton candy, sometimes if I'm using lots of products I can let it air dry, go to sleep, and wake up with it looking passable. Not good, just barely good enough to not have to fry it even more. But when I used this in combination with the bain nutrithermique I let my hair air dry without ANY product whatsoever and it looks perfectly fine! buh bye daily straightening :)Ofcourse, I'm definitely going to buy the nectar themique and oleo relax serum because I can't even imagine what my hair will look like then. And to think that I'd almost cut off 5 inches of my hair! I don't like bobs on me, so I knew I would've hated cutting it off, but I was just so sick and tired of my damaged hair. “Let's face it, I haven't always been that neighborly with my hair. Since my hair is thick and can get frizzy, I tend to over use my hairdryer and straightening iron. I suppose hearing your hair sizzle is not a good thing. So when my hair needs a some TLC I go straight to the Masquintense for thick hair. I slather it on, put a shower cap on, and hit my head with a little heat from a hair dryer and hang out for about 30 minutes. After washing, my hair is like silk!! I have been using this product for years and have never been disappointed. In fact, any time we head to Europe, that is my souvenir of choice. ”

It transformed my hair!
“I have extremely curly, course hair and need to get it chemically straightened every three months which does a number on my hair. I have always used quality salon products to combat the damage done to my hair via the chemical, heat and styling but this conditioner is on a level of its own when it comes to providing softness and strength. My hair also sheds a lot, but it's noticeably less when I use this product which leads me to beleive it's not only considerably helped the sheen and softness but also the strength of my hair. My hair sucks up conditioner so I was a little timid about spending this amount. However, it's so super concentrated I need to use a quarter of what I use of other conditioners. Plus, I only wash my hair once a week (beleive me, my hair doesn't produce oil and I could go much longer) so one container lasts me a good 6+ months. Do not hesitate to buy this product, it will change your hair! ”

“I've been using Kerastase Masqueintense for thick hair for over 15 years and I absolutely love it. I use it daily as a conditioner and it instantly untangles my hair in the shower. When I run my brush through my hair following the shower it is tangle free. This is an amazing product. The ultimate conditioner.
