Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely drying I used Bain de Force for years on my colored hair which tended to be on the dry side. I loved it, so I was hopeful this new formula would be even better. Unfortunately, this new formula is horribly drying. I can barely get a shower comb through my hair after using it and applying conditioner because my hair is left so dry and tangly. I've only used it a couple times, but am going to stop because I am afraid it is going to totally ruin my hair. I don't understand how anyone but those with incredibly oily hair could use this formula, which is very disappointing considering this is supposed to be the nurturing and restorative one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from works on fine hair I am a product junkie and have tried every line except for kerastase. I finally gave in my hair was so damaged from coloring and even cutting it didn't help. I was recommended this from customer service and it has changed my hair in 3 weeks. I don't have greasy hair but I went from washing every other day to now every 3 days. I use the mask as my conditioner and leave it in for 7 minutes. no it is not perfect yet but the results so fsr are amazing. I would highly recommend both the shampoo and mask for all types of weak damaged hair!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fresh Apples on my hair? I have very damage hair and I believe the only way to cure my split ends is to apply mask. However, when I choose to use other cheaper shampoo with Kerastase's mask, the result was totally different! Therefore, I will just stick on buying more of their shampoo to maximize the "hair treatment" result. This shampoo works very well with the masque force architecte and it smells great! Like... fresh apples? This shampoo is pricy but you definitely need it to maximize the effect of the masque!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm amazed! About a year ago my BBQ exploded in my face and destroyed my hair. I chopped most of it off but spent months and tons of money trying everything possible out there to help my hair. Well i was introduced to this product by my new stylist in Coral Gables and I've been hooked ever since! This is the only product line I use for my hair. I constantly get asked what i use! and i highly recommend this line to everyone. Happy to say my aunt is now hooked as well! Worth every penny!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Inferior Formula I have shoulder-length hair which is fine, and somewhat thin. It is weakened by highlighting, although it is not damaged nor brittle. I used the earlier formula - the Bain de Force (w/Vita-Ciment Topseal) - for years, and it was just perfect at making my hair come alive, feel stronger, kept it hydrated, and my scalp was hydrated. It is as if there really was a topseal that nourished and kept my hair protected. The newer "Architecte" formula has NONE of those benefits, and if anything, my hair feels dry and hard, not soft, when I rinse it out. It also dries out my scalp. It has none of the softening, nourishing, protective benefits that the Bain de Force had. It is a completely different and inferior product for the type of hair that it is marketed for (weakened, fine). Kerastase really needs to bring back the original formula - the Bain de Force with Vita-Ciment Topseal. I hope they bring it back! I won't use the Architecte, nor do I recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Think I am in love... I am very new to Kerastase and thought I would give it a try based on the reviews. So far my hair is getting much better with this shampoo. Also using the entire line to get the full effect. It has only been a few weeks now and think this product like will be a keeper for me :)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NO RESULTS I bought this shampoo two months ago, and honestly my hair is still damaged and dry. My hair has no shine or softness after I use it. I was really sad about it because I really hoped for it to work. Hopefully I can find another shampoo that would work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect I had a damaged hair a year ago, and my hair is thin and delicate, I got this shampoo use it with its conditioner and heat protective cream, and after a year I actually can have a longer hair with better ends and better quality all along my hair.
