Rated 5 out of 5 by from love love love this When Kerastase first introduced this conditioner, I was afraid to try it because of the negative reviews. But, finally, after less than perfect results with other products, I decided to give this stuff a try. I was very pleasantly surprised! It doesn't weigh down my roots at all, but does help smooth, improve, and detangle the rest of my hair (the part that doesn't lay against my scalp). I have super, super, super baby-fine hair, naturally about a level 7 dark blonde, which I've had to start coloring to cover grays; finding something that will soothe the abused ends without negating my shampoo is nearly impossible, but this conditioner does a GREAT job. It's become a multi-repeat purchase. It's true that it doesn't have the same slick feel as heavier conditioners, but give it a chance, it loosens knots just as well, but without the limp final results.

Rated 1 out of 5 by SenioritaKitKat from Absolutely Horrible!!!!!! Don't waste your money, the shampoo and the conditioner in this line are horrible. If you don't want your hair to turn into a dry, brittle mass of unmanageable and uncombable hair steer clear. Kerastase please return to the old formula for the fine color treated hair shampoo and conditioner. If it wasn't broken then why did you change it?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Change Don't waste your money on this! I used to like the old conditioner, but this new iteration does nothing. Does not function as a conditioner, adds more tangle, and to add insult to injury adds no volume. Am surprised at Kerastase for putting this out, as I usually like their products. Tried this one twice and then threw it out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by virginia from Terrible new product I loved the Volumising and toning care conditioner! This new product did NOT condition my hair at all! I had to use another conditioner to be able to comb through my hair. I have blonde, aging, fine hair. Whoever created this new product should be fired. Please bring back the former rinse out conditioner!!!!!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent If you scalp gets greasy easily within a day or so this is a great product. I used with shampoo and the mouse also...I am very happy. My hair came light and bouncy and did not have to shampoo my hair next day after my blowout which i have had to do lately.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Almost like a second shampoo Unfortunately they re formulated this product. The old conditioner was just that... A light weight conditioner that looked and acted like a conditioner. This new formulation looks like a clear hair gel. When I first tried it I thought I might have accidentally pured the shampoo in my hand a second time. It doesn't lather and it is not sticky. I have fine flat hair. It is not thick or course at all. It seems like my hair would be the target for such a volumizing product. But if you have fine, thin hair to gets tangled easily and having to rip through it with a brush after a shower sort of defeats the whole "volume" idea. This conditioner actually left my hair more tangly than it was if I just washed with the volumizing shampoo. I didn't see a big difference in volume but maybe that was because I was always pulling wads of hair out of my head when I tried to run my fingers through it in the shower hoping that if I did it while this stuff was in my hair it would be better than after the shower. Not true. No matter how gently I tried to comb or brush...getting the tangles out after using this stuff just cost me precious hair. I'm going back to my faithful Nutritive line- Lait Vital. Now there's a wonderful, light weight detangling conditioner. I shouldn't have let myself get lured in by the promise of volume. I get all the volume it need with my Lait Vital conditioner and a little Volumactive mousse from the volumizing line. The mousse is fantastic.
