• Rinse thoroughly

• Apply a quarter-sized amount to lenghts and ends of hair
• Leave on for 2-3 minutes and rinse thoroughly

• On towel-dried hair, apply 1-2 walnut sized amounts starting with the ends, moving to the lengths
• Gently massage the lengths and ends, paying particular attention to the most sensitized areas
• Style as usual
• Do not rinse
