Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Shampoo!! Tried this shampoo and loved it! Thought it wasn't going to help much with my thinning hair but I noticed a difference in 4 weeks. Definitely going to continue it in my hair regimen

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New formula is unsatisfactory I unfortunately unknowingly purchased this new formula and was disappointed in its performance as a shampoo, it is extremely runny and clear so you can't tell how much you are pouring out. It also, as others mentioned, does not clean your hair. Unless something changes with this shampoo, I will be looking for a new hair growth product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I thought it was just me! Then I saw the reviews. I purchased this as a replacement for the GREAT Bain Stimuliste GL shampoo (for which I was happy to pay a lot in the past). Called Customer Service at Kerastase who were less than UNhelpful. Thought that I was the only one who couldn't stand this "replacement" and just gave up. Now that I see the other comments, I'm stunned. This product doesn't clean, seems to not rinse, smells...actually any odor if it's really there is unpleasant. Someone asked if it can be returned. If so, count me in if it can. Thanks to all of you who reviewed this product before I did..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bring back the GL version This is the opposite of the old version. This one is actually drying.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Shocked and disappointed After going through all of the reviews on this revised product, I think there's a consensus that it is not as good as the GL product that came before it. That shampoo was excellent and I was using it in conjunction with INITIALISTE Advanced Scalp and Hair Concentrate. It's like I finally had found a shampoo that worked for me after all the guesswork.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New shampoo does not even come close to compairing The new formula dries out my hair, the shine and volume are gone. My hair is falling out. Please bring back old formula. I am now on the hunt for a new product to replace your old formula.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Banish this new formula...horrible-ness ensues! nope, nope, nope! horrible in SO many ways. New formula is clear not the creamy old formula. New version does not create any suds, nor does it clean your hair. You have to use at least 3-4 times the amount in order to get any minimal suds, but even that amount only works on a very small portion of your hair and not the entire head. Super bad. Using this much wasn't even enough to clean a short (above shoulder) hair length. So terrible. Not sure how this passed any product QA. Seems like a real miss on the company's part. Also seems like a miss to not tell customers the formula was changed. sadness ensues....:(
