Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed with the new formula I have used the Bain Mirror and Chroma Reflect for many, many years and LOVE it. Never has anything been such an incredible product regardless of the expense. The new formulation is a complete disappointment (shampoo is OK though). The replacement conditioner is thin, watery, and where for my chin-length bob I used a single squirt, I now have to go to at least 4 in order to get the tangles out. So sad. PLEASE, please, please revert back!!! I used to buy this Kerastase line for friends and family I so thoroughly believed in it. No longer ...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Prefer the Jar This is a very thin formula. I have shoulder length dark-colored hair. My hair is fine, but I have lots of hair. I find this formula to be too thin, watery. I take a quarter size amount, but find it hard to distribute it throughly through my hair. I much prefer the jar version as it is a thicker formula and easier to distribute throughout. This formula might be better for those with baby fine, short hair. I liked the concept of this packaging and not opening the jar in the shower - yet I won't purchase this for myself again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I have brittle, dull hair from all the blonde highlights and read that this not only protects the highlights from fading and turning brassy, but it would deliver amazing shine. It did none of the above. Like most other people leaving reviews, the conditioner is very thin and I could tell it wasn't doing anything to soften my hair. Needless to say it didn't. I returned both the shampoo and conditioner. For the price I would expect much better results. I'll stick with Pureology and Redken.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic for fine, color treated hair I have very fine highlighted blond hair and this is the best conditioner from Kerastase for me in a few years. After the reformulation of the green line I had to switch from that conditioner. I have tried the cristalliste conditioner and it does not detangle my hair - this does the trick every time and makes my hair extremely soft and shiny without weighing it down. My only complaint is that you have to use quite a bit of it so I go through a bottle pretty fast.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Just OK This conditioner is for color treated hair. It should be much more moisturizing. I do not find that it adds any extra shine to my highlights or my base color. It is very expensive for what it does and you have to use a lot of it to moisturize just above should length hair. I have curly hair and normally frizz is caused by lack of moisture. This conditioner does not hep with the frizz Not rich enough

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Chroma captive conditioner I didn't care for this conditioner at all. I felt it was very thin and watery and didn't feel as if it conditioned my hair hardly at all- i felt as if i might as well have not even used conditioner. I even left it in for a long time thinking that would do the trick , but not for me.. I used the masque as conditioner and it worked much better. I don't think I would buy this product again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic! I have a special place in my heart for the Chroma Captive line since it was the first line I tried from Kerastase. I have never used anything on my hair that gave me anywhere near the same results. It was like getting my dream hair; it was softer, more shiny, smoother, and the blonde highlights even looked brighter. I couldn't be more happy with this line.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best product for my hair First let me say that Kerastase is the only line I use. I was convinced my hairstylists or friends in the past to try something different, and there is nothing out there that gives me comparable results. My hair is long and has been color treated for the past 30 years and this line gives me shiny, soft and healthy looking hair.
