1. Unscrew your empty oil refill& separate it from the glass bottle
2. Unbox your new oil refill & insert into the glass bottle

We suggest sleeping how however is comfortable for you! Many clients prefer to apply 8H Magic Night Serum in a top knot, braid or bun. The product is still effective even if the hair is left down.
