Through partnerships with expert non-profit organizations, we proudly commit to support
mentoring programs for women, by women, to help young women grow their confidence.
Initially launching in the US in January 2023, the initiative will expand in more than 10 countries.
Our goal is to help more than 15,000 young women worldwide by 2025.

hair care and it felt natural to work on fighting the confidence gap, to
keep on expanding a woman’s potential.

FOCUS ON FLASH MENTORING
WOMEN WHO HAD A MENTOR ARE 74% MORE LIKELY TO BE VERY SELF-CONFIDENT.
Together with Step Up, Kérastase will implement “flash mentoring” programming, based on the idea
that one powerful conversation can have a profound and enduring impact.
Our approach will pair mentors and mentees together for short-term, targeted, skills-based mentoring.
A flash mentoring experience will typically be conducted through a one-to-one model, contained within a single structured session that will allow mentees
to more quickly acquire the kinds of experience that lead to confidence.
