Once you create an account on www.kerastase-usa.com, you automatically become part of the Kérastase Club.

To redeem your points for a reward, you can either go in your account profile and select the Reward Boutique or you can select your gift from the cart page. You will see all the rewards you are eligible to redeem, depending on the amount of points you have earned. Click on the reward you would like to redeem and it will be added automatically to your cart & you may continue shopping. Your reward must be added to an order with haircare product(s) to ship. Reward only orders will not be processed.

To redeem your points for $ off your order total, select "PAY WITH POINTS" at checkout, next to your points balance. You will be able to redeem $1 off your order for every 100 points you have earned.

Your level will be not affected by your points redemption.

Your points remain valid for a rolling 12 months from the date you earned them. For example, if you earned 100 points for creating your account on May 9th, you have until May 9th of the following year to redeem those 100 points.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your points to reflect in your balance.
For points earned from a purchase, please allow 3-5 business days after your order has shipped.

You’ll keep the level you’ve earned for the rest of the current year and the entire following year.
To keep your level beyond that, you’ll need to meet the spend requirement again by the end of the following year. If you don’t, you’ll move down to the previous level.

Example: If you reach the LOVER level this year, you’ll enjoy LOVER rewards and perks for the rest of this year and all of next year. If you don’t re-qualify by the end of next year, your level will adjust accordingly.

Your Birthday gift is sent to you by email on your birthday and the discount code is valid for 30 days. Please allow for 3-5 business days for your birthday points to be reflected in your account.

Points are only earned on completed purchases. If an order is cancelled before it ships, no points will be issued. If you used points to pay for a cancelled order, those points will be reinstated to your account within 3-5 business days.

At this time, loyalty points cannot be applied to the total order value of Auto-Replenishment orders. These orders are processed automatically to ensure you never run out of your favorites, the checkout process does not currently support manual point redemption.

You will still earn 50 points per each auto-replenishment order (max 4 times / 200 points per year). please allow 3-5 business days after your order has shipped.

Loyalty points have no cash value upon return and are non-refundable.

Yes! In most cases, you can combine a promotional code with your loyalty point redemption. However, please check the specific Terms & Conditions of your promo code, as some exclusive offers may not be combinable with other discounts.

You can use your points on orders (redeem 'pay with points' at checkout) in combination with 1 other promotion code offer (such as your Birthday Gift promotion code or a Sitewide sample promotion code). Please note that in order to be eligible for a free gift with purchase or sample offer, you must meet any required minimum dollar spend threshold after using pay with points is redeemed and your cart total calculated. Please also note promotion code offers (such as your Birthday promotion code or a Sitewide promotion code) cannot be combined. Only 1 promotion code per order.

A user is permitted to add an unlimited number of eligible rewards to their cart for redemption, subject to the explicit condition that the user maintains an adequate and verifiable point balance sufficient to cover the total point value of all selected rewards.

If you no longer wish to be a member in Kérastase Club, you may Log Out of your account and checkout as a Guest on the site. Your orders will not be counted towards Kérastase Club when you are checking out as a Guest (no points will be earned and your level status will not be effected)
