Points can also be earned for writing a review, shopping refillable pouches, referring a friend, completing a Hair Diagnosis, having auto-replenishment subscriptions, adding your birthday, phone number & mailing address to your account. To redeem your points for a reward, you can either go in your account profile and select the Reward Boutique or you can select your gift from the cart page. You will see all the rewards you are eligible to redeem, depending on the amount of points you have earned. Click on the reward you would like to redeem and it will be added automatically to your cart & you may continue shopping. Your reward must be added to an order with haircare product(s) to ship. Reward only orders will not be processed.
To redeem your points for $ off your order total, select "PAY WITH POINTS" at checkout, next to your points balance. You will be able to redeem $1 off your order for every 100 points you have earned.

Your points remain valid for a rolling 12 months from the date you earned them. For example, if you earned 100 points for creating your account on May 9th, you have until May 9th of the following year to redeem those 100 points.

There is no limit to points earned on purchases, but there is a limit to the number of points earned through participation in site activities which varies by activity. See details.
At this time, loyalty points cannot be applied to the total order value of Auto-Replenishment orders. These orders are processed automatically to ensure you never run out of your favorites, the checkout process does not currently support manual point redemption.
