Tim Wingate has always believed that beauty is about more than what you see, it’s about how you make people feel. She’s a Curl Enthusiast, and a stylist behind the chair and on set. She loves all things beauty. Whether she’s backstage, on sets, leading education, or welcoming guests into her chair, Tim is fueled by the opportunity to connect with people and inspire them to embrace their beauty.
The most common concern I see in the salon today is hair loss.
My top tip for preventing hair breakage is; in addition to using regimens such as Premiere and Resistance that strengthen the hair, it’s vitally important to make sure the hair is hydrated while it’s being repaired by strengthening regimens. So the key is to keep hair hydrated with The Thermique leave-in conditioner collection while using a strengthening regimen.
If your hair is thinning I recommend using the Genesis scalp serum that helps to strengthen follicles, promote a healthy scalp, and strengthens hair as it grows.
I love hair oils for their multiples uses. Use Elixir Ultime to add shine, lock in moisture from a Thermique leave in conditioner, loosen buildup on the scalp and hair, and my favorite is as part of your pre-shampoo treatment routine.
The beauty of Kerastase is our product portfolio because of the options and versatility. If you’re color treated and struggle with frizz, use the Chroma Absolu range. If you’re wearing and styling your curls and want to manage frizz, use Curl Manifesto. If you want to achieve ultimate shine without frizz, use Gloss Absolu. I love that we don’t have one option for a concern that makes clients choose between one concern vs another, but multiple options for a concern without sacrificing another.
ope when we don’t see them instantly. I recommend sticking with a routine for at least 12 weeks to see its best results.
My top 3 products every client need are; a hair mask, a personal favorite of mine is Genesis Masque Reconstituant, a Thermique, and a hair oil such as Elixir or Glaze Drops.
