Orders submitted on our website process and ship very quickly. There is a very short window for order cancellations immediately following order placement. This can be done here in the order status page or by contacting us.
In the event the time has elapsed to cancel order your order, you may follow the steps below.
Once you have the carrier tracking number, we recommend you contact the carrier directly to change the delivery address.
For UPS, visit UPS My Choice to change the address, date, time and location of a delivery.
For USPS, call 1 (800) 275-8777 and press 3 when prompted, or visit www.USPS.com, select Track and Manage, and then Manage Your Mail.
Answer: Regrettably, we cannot modify orders. Please submit a new order with the changes desired. If your prior order has already been processed or shipped, you may return it for a full refund. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
