What is your exchange and return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt. We do not do exchanges. We cannot accept returns on overly used products. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds.

- Click here to initiate your return. Enter your Order ID & email address to begin.

- Select the item(s) you would like to return. Print the return label and packing slip.

- Pack your item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Please include the packing slip inside the packaging. Secure the return shipping label to the outside.

- Drop your return at a UPS location.

- Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and payment refunded, excluding the cost of shipping your return, to your original form of payment.
