When hair is thick and very dry, this is an easy trick to wake up to perfectly nourished, glossy hair.
Step 1

Gather all of your hair into a smooth ponytail on top of your head and secure gently with an elastic (too tight will create a kink).
Step 3
Twist the ponytail and roll it into a very loose bun. Secure it with a second elastic-again, keep it loose.

In the morning, undo the bun and brush through your hair.
